In the short-term, you’ll most likely find yourself burning the Christmas cookies, pulling your hair out over the family holiday card, and rolling your eyes at the sweet old lady working the register at the grocery store.
Sleep is precious, but we don’t live like it. When the demands of the holiday season catch up with us, one of the first things to go is our sleep. We stay up late wrapping gifts, searching the web for one more doorbuster, or baking one last batch of Christmas cookies.
