Returns

A comfortable sleep for you is Zonkd’s highest priority. That is why we offer a full refund for any pillow you choose to return within the first 30 days of your purchase. If you wish to return your Zonkd custom pillow please follow the steps below:
• Email zonkdorders@zonkd.com stating that you would like to return your pillow and why you are choosing to do so.
• We will reply with a return label for you to print out and attach to the package.
• Drop it off at your closest FedEx location.
• Once we receive the pillow, we will refund you in full.

Exchanges

If you think you’d like to choose a new way to snooze within the first 30 days of your original purchase, Zonkd is pleased to offer free exchanges. Please follow the steps below:
• Email zonkdorders@zonkd.com stating you would like to exchange your pillow. Please provide in your email the core material, cover material and color of the pillow you would like.
• We will reply with a return label for you to print out and attach to the package.
• Drop it off at your closest FedEx location.
• Once we receive the pillow, we will ship out your new Zonkd pillow!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
