Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Zonkd wants everyone to be able to use zonkd.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our target

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target for this website.

What we have done

In October 2026 we reviewed this website with automated testing (axe-core) and manual checks, and made these improvements:

• Text descriptions for meaningful images, including our map and portfolio images
• A clear heading structure
• A “Skip to main content” link and labeled page regions for screen reader and keyboard users
• Accessible names for icon-only links
• Full controls on the video player
• Stronger color contrast on buttons

Known limitations

• The home page video is hosted on YouTube and plays in a third-party player. Its captions come from YouTube. A full text transcript of the video is available.
• In the portfolio gallery, the enlarged photo view cannot be opened with a keyboard. The images themselves are described for screen readers.
• Some parts of the site rely on outside services (YouTube, Adobe Fonts, Google Analytics) that we do not control.
